摘要 针对强力刮齿加工数控编程困难的问题,基于刮齿技术加工原理,对加工走刀路径进行规划,建立了刮齿加工的数学模型。分析了自动编程系统的功能模块,利用Qt跨平台开发框架进行界面设计,C++编程语言编写后台逻辑程序,以sqlite数据库作为数据支撑,开发了一种数控强力刮齿自动编程系统。实现了NC代码生成、参数计算、数据库管理等功能,通过VERICUT仿真系统模拟加工,验证了NC代码准确性,表明了该系统编程效率高,所生成数控程序错误率低。 For the difficult problem in designing power skiving numerical controlled( NC) code,based on the principles of gear power skiving with planning the tool-path,the mathmatical model of gear power skiving was established. Functional modules of automatic programming system were analyzed,using c + +programming language to write the background logic,using Qt cross-platform development framework to design interface,and developing an automatic programming system for NC gear power skiving with the support of the sqlite database. It realized that NC code was generated automatically with parameter calculation and database management. Through simulation processing by VERICUT virtual processing software,the NC code was verified with high efficiency and correctness.
