摘要
十九大报告专题论述了"培育和践行社会主义核心价值观"的问题。十八大提出了以"三个倡导"为内容的社会主义核心价值观,有关文件将之定性为"基本内容"和"基本遵循",这为与该问题相关的探讨提供了方向性规范。任何涉及社会主义核心价值观问题的探讨,都必须限定在基本范畴的框架内。社会主义核心价值观蕴涵的考量,须从"核心"所指维度、哲学本体维度、价值观践行维度、有关该问题的系列概述维度、中外价值观形成规律维度进行把握。同时,对社会主义核心价值观的阐释须遵循普遍性和特殊性相结合,现实性和理想性相结合,继承性和创新性相结合的原则。在阐释路径上,则须综合社会主义的本真价值诉求、传统文化的价值追求、人类普遍的价值期待。
The report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC discusses the issue of＂cultivating and practicing Socialist Core Values＂.The 18 th National Congress of the CPC put forward the core values of socialism with the content of＂three advocacies＂.The relevant documents categorized it as＂basic content＂and＂basically followed＂,which provided directional norms for the discussion related to this issue.Any discussion on the core values of socialism must be limited in the framework of the basic category.The consideration of the implication of socialist core values must be grasped from the dimensions of the＂core＂,the ontological dimension of philosophy,the practice of values,the series overview dimensions of the issue,and the formation law of Chinese and foreign values.At the same time,the interpretation of the core values of socialism must follow the principles of a combination of universality and particularity,of reality and ideality,and of inheritance and innovation.In the path of interpretation,it is necessary to integrate the true values of socialism,the pursuit of the values of traditional culture,and the general human value expectations.
