摘要
为了使乘用车外后视镜的设计更好地满足法规及人机工程的要求,该文通过大量数据对比分析及工程实例验证,提出了影响驾驶员观察外后视镜的主要人机工程参数及要素。并运用CATIA设计软件中的知识工程模块建立了标准化、规范化及科学化的乘用车外后视镜校核模板。达到了快速准确地对乘用车外后视镜进行校核的目的,并在此基础上总结出了一套完整实用的乘用车外后视镜校核方法。
This paper aims to solve the problem of how to meet regulatory and ergonomic requirements in the design of vehicle exterior rearview mirrors. Through a large number of data comparisons, analysis and verification of engineering examples, the key ergonomic parameters and factors affecting the driver’s observation of exterior mirrors are proposed. Using the knowledge engineering module in CATIA design software to establish a standardized and scientific passenger vehicle exterior rearview mirror check model. The purpose of verifying the exterior rearview mirror of vehicle quickly and accurately was achieved, and a complete and practical verification method for exterior rearview mirror of vehicle was concluded.
