借鉴台湾应用型大学经验探索云南省高职院校教师发展体系

Learn from Taiwan's Applied University Experience to Explore the Teacher Development System of Higher Vocational Colleges in Yunnan Province

摘要 党的十九大报告提出,完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作,为我国新时代职业教育改革发展指明了方向,明确了任务。以参访的对象台湾环球科技大学为例,重点分析其教师专业发展的特点和实施办法,结合云南省高职教师现状分析,主要有四点启示:(1)培养名师是高职院校发展的长期核心任务;(2)高职教师发展目标定位是"上得了课堂,下得了车间,搞得出科研";(3)应尽快构建适合于本校实际的评价体系,突出围绕教学、科研、产教融合与校企合作三个方面框架,鼓励专业师资卓越发展;(4)对于产教融合、校企合作不深的问题,提出学校和教师层面的措施。 The party' s 19 report puts forward to improve the vocational education and training system,deepen the teaching fusion and university-enterprise cooperation. It' s a new era in China which is pointed out the direction and task of vocational education reform and development. Take Trans World University as an example,analyze its characteristics and measures for the implementation of teacher professional development,then combine with the present situation of higher vocational teachers in Yunnan province,there are mainly four enlightenment:( 1) to cultivate teacher is long-term central task in the development of higher vocational colleges;( 2) the development goal of higher vocational teachers is to "get the class,get the workshop,and get the scientific research";( 3) it is necessary to build an evaluation system suitable for the vocational collage,and highlight the three aspects of teaching,scientific research,industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,and encourage the excellent development of professional teachers;( 4) this paper puts forward the measures of the school and teacher level for the problems of the integration of production and education and the lack of cooperation between school and enterprise.
