摘要
简介煤炭机械化采制样系统的工艺流程,结合电控系统的主要组成及功能,从操作台、控制柜及配电柜的组成及操作、机旁操作箱、现场控制装置、低压配电设备的选择等剖析了电控系统设计,并从控制系统的开关顺序、故障的查找及排除两方面探讨系统的操作及故障检修。煤炭机械化采制样系统以可编程控制器(PLC)为控制核心,配电系统选用模块化、多功能的MNS抽屉柜以实现对采制样各单体设备电机的集中控制,并配备多种现场保护以保证胶带中部采制样系统的可靠性和安全性。
The process flow of coal mechanized sampling and sample preparation system in this paper were analyzed,combining with composition and function,from aspects such as composition and operation of operation table,control cupboard and distribution box,machine side operating box,field control device,low voltage distribution equipment selection,the electric control system design was analyzed,from aspects such as switching sequence of control system,fault finding and troubleshooting,the operation and troubleshooting were discussed.The coal mechanized sampling and sample preparation system takes the PLC as the center,power distribution system selects modular,multi-functional MNS drawer cabinet to realize the control of single-unit motor,a variety of on-site protection ensures the reliability and safety of the sampling system in the middle of the belt.
