摘要
装配式建筑产业链的形成能有效促进装配式建筑产业可持续发展。装配式建筑产业链形成机理研究从以下方面开展:基于可持续建设视角,阐述了装配式建筑产业链内涵,综合运用经济学理论、交易费用理论、耗散结构原理和分工理论揭示了可持续建设视角下装配式建筑产业链形成的具体原因;从可持续建设角度出发,构建了装配式建筑产业链结构模型,并通过建立相应理论模型从供应链、技术链和政策链方面对装配式建筑产业链进行多属性分析。最后提出了促进装配式建筑产业链发展的对策。
The formation of prefabricated building industrial chain can effectively promote the sustainable development of prefabricated building industry. The paper studies the prefabricated building industrial chain formation mechanism according to the following aspects： Based on the sustainable construction perspective, the connotation of prefabricated building industrial chain is elaborated.With the comprehensive application of economics theory, transaction cost theory, dissipative structure theory and division theory, the paper reveals the specific reasons for prefabricated building industrial chain formation based on the sustainable construction perspective. The paper constructs the structural model of prefabricated building industrial chain from the sustainable construction perspective. And by means of the establishment of the corresponding theoretical model, the multi attribute analysis of prefabricated building industrial chain is carried out from the supply chain, the technology chain and the policy chain. In the end the countermeasures to promote the development of prefabricated building industrial chain are put forward.
