冠心病慢性心力衰竭行贝那普利联合曲美他嗪治疗效果及心功能指标分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析贝那普利、曲美他嗪联合治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的疗效及对心功能影响。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月在我院诊治的108例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者临床资料,按不同治疗方案分2组,各组54例,对照组施予贝那普利治疗,观察组在其基础上施予曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组疗效及心功能、血清指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.44%比对照组81.48%高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD和6分钟步行距离比对照组有所改善(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血浆BNP、血清hs-c Tn T含量均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者联合贝那普利、曲美他嗪治疗能显著降低血浆脑钠肽与血清高敏心肌肌钙蛋白T水平,促进心功能改善,提高临床疗效。 Objective: To analyze the curative effect of benazepine and trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease and its effect on cardiac function. Method: Selection in February 2017-February 2018 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 108 cases of coronary heart disease( CHD) patients with chronic heart failure clinical data,according to the different treatment in 2 groups,each group 54 cases,control group to bei that captopril treatment,observation group based on their giving trimetazidine treatment,compared two groups of curative effect and heart function,serum index. Results: The total effective rate was 94. 44% higher than that of the control group( P〈0. 05). After treatment,LVEF,LVESD,LVEDD and 6-minute walking distance were improved compared with the control group( P〈0. 05). Plasma BNP and serum hs-ctnt levels were lower than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Coronary heart disease( CHD) patients with chronic heart failure combined bei that split,trimetazidine treatment can significantly reduce plasma brain natriuretic peptide and gao min serum cardiac troponin T levels,improve cardiac function,improve clinical curative effect.
