摘要
"提高设备运行效率,降低各生产单位能耗"是当代石油生产企业的追求目标。以辽河油田某集输系统转油站为评价对象,根据能量守恒和能量转换定律建立转油站能量平衡分析模型,给出各项能耗评价指标,运用该模型并结合现场的实测数据进行计算分析。结果表明:该站场存在的主要问题是泵机组运行效率和负荷率偏低,加热炉空气系数与排烟温度过高、热效率较低等。针对该转油站生产运行存在的诸多问题,结合其实际运行状况提出相应的改造措施并对改造后的能耗情况进行了预测。
"Improve the efficiency of equipment operation and reduce the energy consumption of each production unit" is the pursuit goal of contemporary oil production enterprises. Taking an oil-gathering system transfer station of Liaohe oilfield as the evaluation target, an energy balance analysis model for the transfer station is established according to the law of conservation of energy and energy conversion, and various energy consumption evaluation indexes are given. The model is used in combination with field measurement data for calculation analysis. The results show that the main problems in this station are the low operating efficiency and load rate of the pump unit, the high exhaust gas temperature and exhaust gas temperature, and low thermal efficiency. In view of the many problems existing in the production and operation of the oil transfer station, the corresponding transformation measures were put forward in light of their actual operating conditions, and the energy consumption after the transformation was predicted.
