摘要
对天津地铁3号线干式轮缘润滑器安装与否进行对比试验,进而分析干式轮缘润滑对车轮轮缘和踏面的保护作用及效果,利用测量数据对3种型面车轮的磨耗速率进行了比较。研究结论可为车轮保护和合理镟修提供理论依据。
Through a comparative experiment of the dry wheel flange lubricator before and after its installation on Tianjin Metro Line 3, the protection effects of dry lubrication on wheel rim and wheel tread are analyzed. The wear rates of three different profiles are analyzed based on the measured data, in order to provide a theoretical basis for wheel protection and reasonable repair.
