摘要 目的检测Rh(E)血型的人群分布情况,探究Rh(E)血型抗体和Rh血型E抗原对临床精准输血的意义。方法选取我院我院2014年5月—2018年3月住院患者作为研究对象,比较输血反应发生的情况、确定Rh(E)血型以及抗体和抗原情况。结果实验组E抗体筛选中阳性患者占总体抗体阳性患者的11.9%,而对照组E抗体筛选中阳性患者占总体抗体阳性患者的88.1%,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。输血后,实验组出现发热的患者仅有3例,而对照组患者出现腰背部疼痛和血红蛋白尿,且两者均多于实验组(P<0.05)。患者E抗原分布情况,Rh血型的E抗原的阳性率为52.36%,E抗原的阴性率为47.64%。其中17例抗体筛查中阳性的患者抗E抗体阳性。结论常规Rh(E)的抗原和抗体检测可以提高去白细胞同型输血红细胞悬液滴注的效果,减少抗E抗体的产生概率,进一步降低输血反应的产生。 Objective To detect the distribution of Rh(E) blood group, to explore the significance of Rh(E) blood type antibody and Rh blood group E antigen for clinical accurate transfusion. Methods The patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2014 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects. The situation of the blood transfusion reaction, the determination of the Rh(E) blood group and the antibody and antigen were compared. Results The positive patients in the E antibody screening in the experimental group accounted for 11.9% of the total antibody positive patients, while the positive patients in the control group were 88.1% of the total antibody positive patients in the E antibody screening. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). After blood transfusion, only 3 cases of fever were found in the experimental group, while the patients in the control group had pain in the back and hemoglobinuria, both of them were more than those in the experimental group(P〈0.05). The distribution of E antigen in patients, the positive rate of E antigen in Rh blood group was 52.36%, and the negative rate of E antigen was 47.64%. Among them, 17 patients who were positive in antibody screening were positive for anti E antibody. Conclusion The detection of antigen and antibody of conventional Rh(E) can improve the effect of the infusion of red cell suspension in the same type of blood transfusions in leukocyte, reduce the probability of anti E antibody production, and further reduce the production of blood transfusion reaction
