摘要
职业技能大赛对于高职院校的学生来说,是一个十分重要的活动。古话说:"学以致用",就应该把所学的知识应用到实践中,并且加以发挥。职业技能大赛对学生的实践能力和创新能力都有很重大的意义。在技能大赛中,大学生不仅可以增强专业知识,还可以促进他们的交流与团队合作意识,这都为未来的就业提供了帮助。分析了职业技能大赛对高职院校学生职业素养培养的几方面作用及其影响。
Vocational skills competition is a very important activity for students in higher vocational colleges. As the old saying goes： ＂learning to apply what you have learned＂,you should apply what you have learned to practice and use it.Vocational skills competition has great significance for students＇ practical ability and innovation ability. In the skills competition,college students can not only enhance professional knowledge,but also promote their exchange and teamwork awareness,which all provide help for future employment. It analyzes the function and influence of professional skills contest on vocational cultivating of higher vocational college students.
