摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为共聚单体,海藻酸钠(SA)为辅助增强材料,硝酸铝为交联剂,H_2O_2和Vc为氧化还原剂,采用氧化还原聚合法制备了颗粒状的聚丙烯酰胺基暂堵剂,用氯化钙对其进行表面改性,合成了缓胀型暂堵剂。通过傅里叶红外光谱表征产物的成分,用800倍数码显微镜观察产物的表面形貌;并测定黏度及密度。结果表明,海藻酸钠可从内部增加暂堵剂的承压强度,当n(SA)∶n(AA+AM)为1时,其性能最优。加入氯化钙和海藻酸钠,可在聚合物表面形成使其延长吸胀性的薄膜。
Acrylic acid( AA) and acrylamide( AM) were used as comonomer,and sodium alginate( SA) was used as auxiliary reinforcing material. Aluminum nitrate as a cross-linking agent,hydrogen peroxide(H2 O2)and ascorbic acid(Vc)were used as redox agents. Granular polyacrylamide plugging agents were prepared by redox polymerization. And then using calcium chloride( Ca Cl2) for surface modification,the synthesis of the soothing plugging agents. The composition of the product were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR),and the surface morphology of the product was observed by 800 times the digital microscope. The properties of the samples were characterized by viscosity and density.The results show that sodium alginate can increase the compressive strength of plugging agent,and its performance is the best when n( SA) ∶ n( AA + AM) is 1. Adding calcium chloride and sodium alginate,can be formed on the surface of the polymer to extend the expansion of the film.
