摘要
介绍了某钢铁企业烧结机尾脉冲布袋除尘器分室袋漏检测系统,以及根据该系统的检测结果,对除尘器流场进行数值分析,根据分析结果改造了除尘器灰斗内部气流分布板,取得了良好的效果。
The paper introduces the inspecting system of branch chamber leak hunting of pulse bag precipitator of sinter- ing machine trail in a certain iron and steel enterprise. The paper carries through the numerical value analysis of precipitator flow field based on the inspecting result of the system and alters the airflow distributing board inside the precipitator ash banker in accordance with the analyzing outcomes.
