产教融合视域下中高职一体化人才培养的创新与实践——以“瑞立订单班”为例 被引量:7

摘要 中高职一体化人才培养是现代职业教育体系建设的重要内容。订单培养模式是校企合作的最佳途径。针对中高职一体化人才培养过程中存在的中高职衔接不畅、学校培养与企业脱节等问题,温州职业技术学院瑞安学院积极创新与实践,联合企业、中职学校打造"瑞立订单班",确立招生、培养、就业一体化的人才培养模式,以合作互信、共育为基础,校企共同制订人才培养方案,并对人才培养质量实行全过程监控,培养出满足社会需求的高素质技术技能型人才。 Secondary and higher vocational education integration talent cultivation is an important part of modern vocational education. The order model of talent cultivation is the best approach. Regarding the problems of insufficient cohesion between secondary and higher vocational education, and between theschool and enterprises, Rui'an College of Wenzhou Vocational Technical College conducts an innovative practice, creates the "Rui'an Order Class" by joining enterprises and secondary vocational schools, establishes the admission cultivation employment integration model of cultivation, and designs the cultivation program with the joint efforts of theschool and enterprises on the basis of mutual cooperation and joint education. The two sides monitor the quality of talent cultivation, and cultivate talents with advanced skills and technology in order to meet the social needs.
