摘要
目的分析湿化高流量鼻导管通气治疗极低出生体重早产儿呼吸暂停的临床效果。方法 82例极低出生体重呼吸暂停早产儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各41例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组采用湿化高流量鼻导管通气治疗。比较两组临床指标、并发症发生情况及治疗效果。结果治疗组总用氧时间、机械通气时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率为14.6%,对照组并发症发生率为39.0%,治疗组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用湿化高流量鼻导管通气治疗极低出生体重呼吸暂停早产儿,既可减少无创通气时间及总用氧量,又可减少并发症发生、提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of humidification high-flow nasal catheter ventilation for the treatment of apnea in very low birth weight premature infants. Methods A total of 82 cases of very low birth weight premature infants with apnea were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table, 41 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy. The treatment group was given humidification high-flow nasal catheter ventilation for treatment. The clinical indexes, the incidence of complications and the total effective rate between the two groups were compared. Results The total oxygen consumption time and mechanical ventilation time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The complication rate of the treatment group was 14.6%, which was significantly lower than 39.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Humidification high-flow nasal catheter ventilation for the treatment of apnea in very low birth weight premature infants can not only reduce the non-invasive ventilation time and total oxygen consumption, but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve the therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
