基于LabWindows的列车半物理实时仿真模拟系统

摘要 为避免传统软件仿真的局限性,采用实际控制器和虚拟被控对象相结合的理念,通过在LabWindows/CVI Real-Time系统中建立虚拟电机实时模型和列车整车动力学模型,用真实电机驱动器驱动虚拟电机以达到整车的稳定运动。设备调试环境与真实环境一致,无需真实开动列车就可以测试列车的各项运行参数和各种工况。仿真结果表明,该系统可以有效地实时模拟列车的运行。 In order to overcome the boundedness of traditional simulation software,in this paper,a method of the combination of practical control and virtual controlled object was proposed.Firstly,two models were established,including a real-time model of virtual motors and an entire vehicle dynamic model of rail transit vehicles on the basis of LabWindows/CVI Real-Time system.Then,virtual motors were actuated by real motor actuator,so that the stable motion of the entire vehicle would be ensured.Due to the same conditions of device debugging environment with the real environment,the operating parameters and conditions of rail transit vehicles could be tested without practically bringing the vehicles into operation.The result indicates that the system is able to real-timely simulate the operation of rail transit vehicles.
