4种杀菌剂对白菜软腐病的田间防效 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]筛选白菜软腐病安全、经济、高效的杀菌剂。[方法]采用田间药效试验,研究了4种药剂对大白菜软腐病的防治效果。[结果]33.5%喹啉酮悬浮剂、47%春雷·王铜可溶性粉剂、3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂对大白菜软腐病的防治效果较好。第3次药后,4 000 mg/L 33.5%喹啉酮悬浮剂和5 000 mg/L 47%春雷王铜可溶性粉剂对大白菜软腐病的防治效果最高,均在88%以上;其次为2 000、1 000 mg/L 33.5%喹啉酮悬浮剂和2 500、1 250 mg/L 47%春雷·王铜可溶性粉剂,防效均在84%以上。500 mg/L 33.5%喹啉酮悬浮剂、1 000 mg/L 47%春雷·王铜可溶性粉剂、1 250 mg/L 3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂也具有较好的防效,在80%以上;25%氨基·乙蒜素微乳剂的防效较差,极显著低于其他各药剂处理。[结论]本着安全经济有效原则,生产上田间推荐使用剂量是33.5%喹啉酮悬浮剂1 000~2 000 mg/L;47%春雷·王铜可溶性粉剂1 000~1 250 mg/L;3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂1 250 mg/L。 [Objective] The aim was to screen out effective,safe and economic fungicides against Chinese cabbage soft rot.[Method]The method of field efficacy test was adopted.The control effect of 4 kinds of fungicides on soft rot of Chinese cabbage was studied.[Result] The 33.5%quinolinone SC,47% kasugam·cupravit SP,3% zhongshengmycin WP had good control effect on soft rot of Chinese cabbage. After the third times of medicine,33.5% quinolinone SC at 4 000 mg/L and 47% kasugam·cupravit SP at 5 000 mg/L had the highest control effect,and the control efficiency was above 88%.Followed by 33.5% quinolinone SC at 2 000 mg/L and 1 000 mg/L as well as 47% kasugam·cupravit SP at2 500 mg/L and 1 250 mg/L,and the control efficiency was above 84%.The control efficiency of 33.5% quinolinone SC at 4 000 mg/L,47% kasugam·cupravit SP at 5 000 mg/L,3% zhongshengmycin WP at 1 250 mg/L was above 80%.The control efficiency of 25% amino-oligosaccharin·ethylicin had bad control effect.It was very significantly lower than the other agents.[Conclusion]In accordance with the principle of safety and economic efficiency,the recommended dosage were 1 000-2 000 mg/L of 33.5% quinolinone SC,1 000-1 250 mg/L of 47% kasugam·cupravit SP and 1 250 mg/L of 3% zhongshengmycin WP.
