摘要
[目的]通过2种方法预防和防治番茄溃疡病。[方法]一种方法是对已检测携带番茄溃疡病菌的番茄种子进行浸种,分别调查种子内部和种子表面的孢子负荷量;另一种方法是通过单剂初筛和药剂混配试验研究生物农药对番茄溃疡病的防治效果。[结果]种子处理试验表明,种子内部及表面的孢子负荷量最低的是通过55℃恒温水浴处理过的种子,其次是0.01%醋酸溶液处理的番茄种子。药剂筛选试验表明,中生菌素混配氢氧化铜防治番茄溃疡病的效果最佳。[结论]该研究结果为番茄溃疡病的有效防治提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The aim was to prevent and control bacterial canker of tomato by two methods. [Method]One method was seed treatment. Seven seeds were treated by seedling tomato seeds that had been tested for tomato ulcer pathogens. The spores of seeds and seeds were investigated separately. The control effects of biological pesticides against bacterial canker of tomato were studied by single agent screening and mixing test. [Result] Seed treatment experiment showed that the minimum amount of spore load on the inside and the surface of the seed was the seed treated by 55 ℃ constant temperature water bath,followed by 0.01% acetic acid solution. Drug screening experiment showed that the control of mesocin mixed with copper hydroxide was the best. [Conclusion] The result provides theoretical basis for control of bacterial canker of tomato.
