摘要
目的分析心律失常伴院内感染患者其心电图及心肌酶谱改变情况。方法选取本院90例心律失常伴有医院感染患者,观察其感染前后心电图及心肌酶谱变化情况。结果院内感染后心律失常患者心房纤颤、房室传导阻滞、房性期前收缩、室性期前收缩、束支阻滞、窦性心动过快、窦性心动过缓的发生率分别是25.56%、34.44%、92.22%、76.67%、43.33%、35.56%、14.44%,其中院内感染后其房性期前收缩、室性期前收缩、窦性心动过速及束支传导阻滞的发生率均院内较感染前高(P均<0.05);院内感染后心律失常患者的肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶均较院内感染前高(P均<0.05)。结论心律失常患者发生院内感染后,其心电图和心肌酶谱会有所改变;通过对心电图及心肌酶变化的监测,掌握其变化规律,能够更好地预防心律失常患者发生院内感染且可以有效缓解其临床症状,临床上值得进一步应用和推广。
Objective To analyze the indexes of ECG and myocardial enzymes of patients with arrhythmia accompanied by nosocomial infection.Methods Ninety cases of arrhythmia with nosocomial infection were selected in our hospital and their changes in electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme spectrum were observe before and after the nosocomial infection.Results The incidence rates of atrial fibrillation,intraventricular block,atrial contraction,ventricular contraction,bundle branch block,sinus tachycardia and sinus bradycardia in patients with arrhythmia after nosocomial infection were 25.56%,34.44%,92.22%,76.67%,43.33%,35.56% and 14.44%;the incidence rates of atrial contraction,ventricular contraction,sinus tachycardia and bundle branch block after the nosocomial infection were higher than those before the nosocomial infection(P-values are less than 0.05);the creatine kinase and creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB in patients with arrhythmia after the nosocomial infection were higher than those before the nosocomial infection(P-values are less than 0.05).Conclusion The indexes of electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme spectrum showed significant elevations in patients with arrhythmia after the nosocomial infection.The detection of the changes of electrocardiogram and myocardial enzyme spectrum can better predict nosocomial infection and will effectively prevent and alleviate the the clinical symptoms of patients with arrhythmia,thus it is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
