64排螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA在冠心病诊断中的应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)的发病率逐年升高,已经成为临床最常见的死亡原因之一。早期检查和评估冠状动脉病变、及时诊断和早期干预治疗,对于预防心脏不良事件、改善患者预后有着重要意义。目前,冠心病的诊断主要依靠临床症状、心电图、动态心电图等,以及结合血生化指标检测结果,如肌钙蛋白、心肌酶谱等,但上述检查均有一定的局限性.
