摘要 随着建筑产业化的进程,我国装配式建筑迅速发展。与此同时,BIM技术作为实现施工企业生产管理标准化、信息化以及建筑产业化的重要技术基础之一,得到了广大施工企业的充分重视和大力发展。利用BIM技术,可以综合考虑建筑设计、施工,装配等各个环节对建筑构件设计的影响程度。分析探讨了基于BIM技术实现装配式建筑深化设计的方法与手段,提出了目前BIM技术在装配式建筑应用上出现的问题。 With the construction process of industrialization, the prefabricated construction rapid development in our country.At thesame time, the implementation of BIM technology construction enterprise production and management standardization, informationiza-tion, and one of the important technical foundation of building industrialization, by the vast number of construction enterprises full atten-tion, and vigorously develop.Using BIM technology, can consider building design, construction, assembly and so on each link of the influ-ence of construction design.Analysis, it discusses the realization of the prefabricated construction design method based on BIM technologyand means, put forward the current problems in BIM technology application in prefabricated buildings.
