摘要
针对曲轴驱动的传统模切机中动平台在工作工程中"上下起伏,左右摇摆"这一剪刀式运动规律存在的缺陷,本文提出一种凸轮机构驱动的新型模切机可以实现动平台直上直下的运动规律,而且可以提高模切机整体运动的稳定性。本文通过对凸轮机构的结构设计、材料的选择以及凸轮滚子间接触应力的分析,验证了该凸轮机构可以满足模切机的工作需要,而且还有进一步优化的空间。
In view of the shortcomings of the scissors motion law of the middle die platform of the traditional die cutting machine driven by the crankshaft, such as "ups and downs, swaying left and right" in the work engineering, a new type of cam mechanism driven by the cam mechanism can realize the motion law of the moving platform straight up and down, and the stability of the whole motion of the die cutting machine can be improved. Through the analysis of the structure design of the cam mechanism, the selection of the material and the contact stress between the cam rollers, this paper proves that the cam mechanism can meet the working needs of the die cutting machine and it also has a further optimization space.
