摘要
主要介绍了市电柴油发电机双回路供电实现自动化切换,在市电故障时快速准确切换至柴油发电机供电,市电正常后恢复市电供电,柴油发电机冷却后可靠关闭。通过ATS开关及附属继电器与柴油发电机控制器有机的结合,设计出市电、柴油发电机自动切换系统。经单位一年时间的运行,经受了多次停电考验,极大地缩短停播时间,很好地执行了广播电视播出系统"不间断、高质量、既经济、又安全"方针,也符合广播电视追求零停播的目标。
This article mainly introduces the dual-circuit power supply of utility power generator and the diesel generator to achieve automatic switching. In the event of a utility power failure,the system will quickly and accurately switch to the diesel generator for power supply. When the utility power supply gets normal,the system will switch to utility power supply and the diesel generator is reliably shut down after cooling. Through the scientific combination of the ATS switch and auxiliary relays and the diesel generator controller,an automatic switching system for utility power and diesel generators was designed. Through the operation by the unit for one year,it has undergone many tests of power cuts,greatly shortened the time of air suspension,and implemented the ＂continuous,high-quality,economical,and safe＂policy of radio and television broadcast systems and complies with the goal of zero-interruption broadcast.
