摘要
采用Realizable k-ε湍流模型、标准k-ε湍流模型、RNG k-ε湍流模型分别对燃气轮机进气系统进行流场分析。对比了三种湍流模型下进气系统总体和各种平面(包括入口和出口)上的云图和压损变化曲线。模拟结果表明:三种湍流模型均反应出进气系统的最大压损出现在弯头,标准k-ε湍流模型和RNG k-ε湍流模型极为相似,Realizable k-ε湍流模型出现局部旋流和局部压力升高等现象;标准k-ε湍流模型和Realizable k-ε湍流模型的压损变化曲线很相似,但是随着进气量的增加与实测压损变化曲线的差异越来越明显,RNG k-ε湍流模型变化曲线与实测变化曲线十分接近,因此,RNG k-ε湍流模型的模拟结果可以反映出流体的实际分布。
The flow field of the gas turbine inlet system was analyzed respectively by using standard k-ε turbulence model,RNG k-ε turbulent model and realizable k-ε turbulence model. The clouds and pressure loss curves of the whole inlet system and other planes which include the inlet and outlet under the three turbulence models are compared with each other.According to the simulation result showed:the all three kinds of turbulent models all reflected that the largest loss of pressure of gas turbine inlet system appeared in the elbow part. Standard turbulent model and RNG turbulent model were very similar.Realizable turbulence model appeared some phenomenon such as local vortex and partial pressure increasing and so on. The curves of pressure loss of the Standard turbulence model and Realizable turbulence model were very close to each other at the beginning. But with the increase in the amount of air into the system,the two curves of the turbulence models were becoming increasingly evidently different to the actually measured curves of pressure loss. The curve of pressure loss of RNG k-ε turbulence model was almost similar to the actually measured curves of pressure loss,so the simulation result of RNG k-ε turbulence model can reflect the actual distribution of fluid.
