摘要
针对用于汽车座椅调角器的内齿盘-齿块锁止机构在锁入过程中经常出现由于齿廓干涉而发生锁止失效的问题,分析了齿廓干涉产生的原因,研究了在内齿盘-齿块锁止机构在齿块径向啮入过程中发生齿廓重叠干涉的条件,提出了通过齿块齿修形避免啮入过程发生齿廓干涉的方法,基于几何推导得到了齿块齿修形量的确定方法,最后通过有限元建模和仿真,验证了所提出的齿廓修形方法确实可以避免径向锁入运动机构的齿廓重叠干涉,同时可提高内齿盘-齿块锁止机构的承载能力和锁止可靠性。
As the movement interference is often found in the gear block inner gear ring locking mechanism used in automobile seat recliner,it analyzes the reasons of tooth profile interference and studies the condition for the radial locking movement interference of the gear block and the inner gear ring mechanism;a tooth profile modification method is proposed to avoid the movement interference;the profile modification value is determined based on geometrical analysis;the validation based on finite element analysis shows that the proposed methods can not only effectively avoid the movement interference,but also enhance the load-carrying capacity of gear block-inner ring locking mechanism.
