新建道路工程对下卧软土双圆盾构隧道影响的数值分析 被引量:5

摘要 根据川环南路新建道路工程4标段的EPS换填道路施工,对比EPS换填前后隧道结构的变形数据,证明了EPS材料换填措施在控制隧道变形上具有良好的效果.最后依据工况进行数值模拟分析,并与隧道结构监测时程数据对比,预测了后续施工对下卧盾构隧道的影响.分析得出,软土地区盾构隧道上方加载超过0.5 m时,隧道沉降将受到明显影响;道路施工中,采EPS换填技术可以减小道路填方施工对下卧隧道的不利影响,结合施工工况进行数值模拟分析是可行的手段,对今后类似受道路工程施工影响的隧道保护提供了借鉴. Based on the case of the 4 thsection of South Circle Project,the deformation monitoring data of the tunnel was compared by EPS replacement in this paper. It is proved that ESP material replacement measures have a good effect in controlling the tunnel deformation. According to the numerical simulationanalysis on working conditions and the comparation of monitoring data for the tunnel structure,the impact of following construction on the underlying shield tunnel was also predicted. Thus,it is concluded that the tunnel settlement will be significantly affected by the loading of more than 0. 5 m above the shield tunnel in the soft soil region. In the road construction,the adoption of filling technology of EPS can reduce the negative effect on the underlying tunnel. It is feasible to realize numerical simulation under construction condition,which will provides reference for tunnel protection to the similar road engineering construction in the future.
