摘要
涤纶织物碱性染色加工中,可将涤/棉混纺针织物的前处理和涤纶染色加工安排在同一染浴中进行,从而精简工艺流程,节能降耗。通过试验优选了适于涤纶织物碱性染色的分散染料保护助剂及其用量,用于涤/棉(65/35)混纺针织物的二步一浴法染色,评价了该工艺的染色效果和针织物性能。试验结果显示:当分散染料保护助剂DO-188的质量浓度为2.0g/L时,染液的pH值稳定,染色后针织物的白度、顶破强力、毛细效应、染色牢度、染色深度指标与常规前处理和采用二步二浴法染色加工的针织物的相当,织物间的色差在可接受范围内。
By applying dyeing technology in alkaline dyeing solution for polyester/cotton blended knitted fabric,the pretreatment process of cotton and the dyeing process of polyester could be finished in the same dyeing solution,which had advantages of simplifying the process and saving energy.The disperse dye protection auxiliaries and dosage were optimized for ＂two-steps-one-bath＂dyeing of polyester/cotton（65/35）blended knitted fabric in alkaline dyeing solution,and the dyeing effect and fabric performance were evaluated.The experimental results showed that when the dosage of disperse dye protection auxiliary DO-188 was 2.0 g/L,the pH value of dyeing solution was stable.Compared to the conventional pre-treatment and ＂two-steps-two-bath＂dyeing technology,the performance in white value,bursting strength,capillary effect,color fastness and color depth of the dyed knitted fabrics was almost the same.Color aberration existed between the dyed fabrics but was acceptable.
