摘要
目的分析探讨牙龈炎所致牙龈出血治疗中西帕依固龈液的应用价值。方法选取该院在2016年1月—2017年1月收治的80例牙龈炎所致牙龈出血患者作为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,每组均为40例;其中,对照组患者采取葡萄糖酸氯己定含漱液医治,观察组患者则实施西帕依固龈液进行医治,进一步比较两组临床治疗效果。结果在治疗总有效率上,观察组为97.50%,和对照组的77.50%比较显著更高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.349,P<0.05)。经积极治疗后,观察组的PLI为(1.43±0.45)、SBI为(1.54±0.29);对照组的PLI为(1.50±0.43)、SBI为(1.70±0.32),比较明显更低(t=5.124,5.368,P<0.05)。结论针对牙龈炎所致牙龈出血患者,实施西帕依固龈液进行治疗的疗效突出,值得采取及应用。
Objective To analyze and study the application value of xipayi mouth rinse in the treatment of gingival bleeding caused by the gingivitis. Methods 80 cases of patients with gingival bleeding caused by the gingivitis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group were treated with chlorhexidine gluconate gargle, while the observation group were treated with xipayi mouth rinse, and the clinical treatment effect was further compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（97.50% vs 77.50%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=12.349,P〈0.05）, after the positive treatment, the PLI and SBI in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group [（1.43±0.45）,（1.54±0.29） vs（1.50±0.43）,（1.70±0.32）]（t=5.124, 5.368, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of xipayi mouth rinse in the treatment of gingival bleeding caused by the gingivitis is outstanding, which is worth promotion and application.
