摘要 借助集成化预防型质量管理方法的理论指导,探索了集成化预防型质量管理方法中的"需求管理办法"在军用二次电源产品售后服务过程中的运用,提出了通过采用"细化需求获取作业标准"和"需求跟踪及状态跟踪与需求获取相结合"的措施来解决售后服务过程中存在的瓶颈问题,对于降低军用二次电源产品在使用过程中的故障率、提升其使用可靠性具有重要的意义。 Under the theoretical guidance of integrated preventive quality approach, the application of demand management approach of integrated preventive quality approach in the aftersale process of military secondary power supply products is explored. And the idea of solving the bottleneck problem in the process of after-sales service by adopting the measures of refining the operation standards of requirement acquisition and combining the requirement tracking and status tracking with requirement acquisition is put forward, which is of great significance to reduce the failure rate and improve the reliability of military secondary power supply during use.
