Objective This paper tries to explore the value of the application of PDCA cycle model in the management of hospital infection. Methods From February 2015 to February 2016, 50 health care workers were selected as the control group. At this time, the routine management model was applied in the management of hospital infections, and 50 medical staff from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the experimental group. The PDCA cycle mode management was implemented to compare the differences in the management results of the two groups of hospital infections. Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the hand hygiene qualification rate, infection management assessment passing rate, and sterilization article qualification rate were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05); the number of instrumental colonies in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group. In the control group, the instrumental sterilization rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation model in hospital infection management can effectively improve the quality of disinfection and reduce the chance of nosocomial infection, which is of great significance.
