摘要
目的探究品管圈活动在提高基层医院药房质量管理中的应用价值。方法于2013年5月—2017年12月该院药房质量管理中实施品管圈活动,对实施品管圈活动前后每周平均调剂差错发生情况以及药房工作人员各项能力评分进行综合评价。结果实施品管圈活动后平均药品调剂差错降低至11.3件/周,与活动前的43.5件/周比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实施品管圈活动后,药房工作人员责任、使命感、品管手法认知、解决问题能力等均得到显著提升,显著优于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动在基层医院药房质量管理中的应用,能够提升药房管理质量,增强药房工作人员工作能力,值得推广应用。
Objective This paper tries to explore the application value of quality control circle activities in improving quality management of pharmacy in basic hospitals. Methods In the quality management of a primary hospital pharmacy,from May 2013 to December 2017 QC activities were carried out, and the average weekly adjustment errors before and after QC activities were performed, and the pharmacy staff's ability scores were comprehensively evaluated. Results The average weekly drug product adjustment error after implementation of QC activities was reduced to 11.3 items/week, which was significantly different from the 43.5 items/week before the event(P〈0.05). After the implementation of QC activity, the pharmacy staff's responsibility and mission, the quality management skills, problem-solving skills, problem-solving abilities, etc. have all been significantly improved, significantly better than those before activities, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of quality control circle activities in the quality management of primary hospital pharmacy can improve the quality of pharmacy management and enhance the work ability of pharmacy staff. It is worthy of promotion and application.
