摘要
目的探究中央供液联合透析浓缩液生产系统对维持性血液透析患者生存质量的影响。方法选择2014年5月-2016年7月我院176例需维持性血透患者随机分为两组,对照组采用传统的桶装A、B液开放式供应方式下透析,观察组采用浓缩液生产系统联合中央供液加B联机干粉的透析液密闭式供应方式透析。应用肾脏疾病生存质量量表(KDQOL-SFTM)对血液透析患者生存质量进行评估。结果两组患者生存质量(生理健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、心理健康、总体健康8个维度)评分观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肾病相关生存质量(症状、肾病影响、肾病负担、工作状态、认知功能、社交质量、性功能、睡眠、社会支持、医护鼓励、患者满意度)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中央供液联合透析浓缩液生产系统可提高透析液的品质,对改善患者的透析质量和生存质量具有重要意义。
Objective To study the effect of central fluid supply and dialysate concentrate system on the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 176 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into two groups,the control group using the traditional barreled A,B liquid dialysis open supply mode,the observation group using concentrated liquid production system with the central supply of dry powder plus B dialysis solution dialysis of closed supply.(KDQOL-SFTM)was used to assess the quality of life of patients with renal dialysis.Results Two groups of patients quality of life(physiological health,physiological function,the body pain,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health,general health and eight dimensions)score significant difference(P〈0.05),the score of observation group were higher than control group;Observation group kidney disease related quality of life(symptoms,kidney disease,kidney disease burden,work status,cognitive,social,sexual,sleep quality,encouraging social support,health care,patient satisfaction)score significant difference(P〈0.05),score significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion The combination of central fluid supply and dialysis concentrate production system can improve the quality of dialysis solution,improve the quality of dialysis patients and quality of life is of great significance.
