摘要
随着环境保护意识的增强和市场对优质煤炭需求的增加,中深部探矿工程日益增多,钻探中遇到的地层越来越复杂,小口径勘探施工难度越来越大。对内蒙古二道岭煤矿倾斜复杂地层煤田勘查中的绳索取心钻进技术工作效率和优缺点作了分析。结果表明,绳索取心技术钻具组合简单,性能可靠,使用方便;在倾斜地层中,绳索取心钻进技术钻效高,孔斜控制优势明显,取心完整性好,具有一定的推广应用价值。
With the environmental protection consciousness increased and the excellent quality coal requirement increased to the market,the exploration engineering in the medium and deep section of the mine would be increased daily,the strata met in the drilling exploration would be more complicated and the exploration construction difficulty of the small diameter borehole would be getting more difficult.An analysis was conducted on the working efficiency and the advantage and disadvantage of the wire line coring drilling technology in the coalfield survey of the inclined strata in Erdaoling Mine of Inner Mongolia.The results showed that a bottom hole assembly of the wire line coring technology would be simple,the performances would be reliable and the application would be convenient.In the inclined strata,the drilling efficiency of the wire line coring drilling technology would be high,the advantages of the hole drilling deviation control would be obvious and the integrity of the coring would be good.The wire line coring drilling technology would have a certain promotion and application value.
