摘要
应用型高校师资发展是应用型人才培养的保障,而目前对师资发展路径缺乏足够的研究。文章从后方法视角切入,探讨应用型高校师资发展路径,以解决师资发展与市场脱轨以及应用型师资发展动力不足的问题,并提出具体实践路径,从应用型师资发展理念、师资培训模式、自主发展模式以及评估模式几个方面展开,以期对应用型高校师资可持续发展做出有益探索。
The teachers' development in applied colleges and universities is the guarantee of the eultivation of applied talents, but the path for teaeher development is lack of sufficient research. This paper explored the development path of the applied faeuhy in order to solve the problem of the separation between teaehers' development and market demand, as well as the laek of development motivation of the applied faeuhy. By providing speeific praetiee paths, the artiele foeused on the applied teaehers' development model, training mode, independent development mode as well as evaluation mode, so as to make useful exploration for the sustainable teaeher development in applied eollege and universities.
