摘要
以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)胶体晶体为模板合成三维立体有序大孔LaNiO_3钙钛矿催化剂,采用XRD、TPR、BET、TG进行表征,并在固定床反应器中评价其催化甲烷部分氧化制合成气的反应性能。结果表明:在常压、空速21.6L/(g·h)下,三维立体有序大孔LaNiO_3钙钛矿催化剂的催化活性高于柠檬酸法制备的催化剂,在800℃转化率达到87%,且该催化剂表现出优异的抗积炭性能。
A three-dimensional ordered macroporous LaNiO3perovskite catalyst was prepared by using polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) colloidal crystal as template. The prepared catalyst was characterized by XRD, TPR, BET and TG, and its catalytic performance for partial oxidation of methane to syngas (POM) was investigated in a fixed bed reactor. The results showed that compared with the LaNiO3prepared with citric acid as template, the three-dimensional ordered macroporous LaNiO3perovskite catalyst had higner activity, reaching a methane conversion of 87% under atmospheric pressure, 800℃ and GHSV of 21.6L/(g·h), and exhibiting excellent anti-coking ability.
