摘要
通过在醋酸精制塔塔釜增设蒸发罐的方法,降低了醋酸精制塔对塔釜醋酸浓度的要求,利用ASPEN PLUS模拟计算得到了改进后塔的理论塔板为9,回流比为0.3,根据经济分析得到改进后设备制造费用减少约24.16%,公用工程费用减少约36.9%。
By adding vaporizing pot in the kettle of the acetic acid distillation column, the requirement of the acetic acid distillation column for the acetic acid concentration of the kettle was reduced.ASPENPLUS simulation showed that the theoretical plate number of the improved column is 9, with the reflux ratio of 0.3. According to the economic analysis, the equipment manufacturing cost is reduced by about 24.16%, and the utility cost is reduced by about 36.9%.
