植物生长调节剂对葡萄果实品质影响的研究进展 被引量:21

摘要 果实品质包括果实大小、果形指数、果实色泽、果面光洁度、果实糖酸含量以及其他风味物质等多个方面。本文综述了赤霉素、氯吡脲、脱落酸、萘乙酸、6-苄氨基嘌呤等多种植物生长调节剂对葡萄果实外观和内在品质影响的研究进展,发现不同植物生长调节物质对果实品质的影响存在较大差异,而相同植物生长调节物质功能的发挥与其使用浓度和使用时间之间关系紧密。最后对存在的问题和今后的研究方向进行了分析展望,旨在为进一步开展相关研究提供参考依据。 Fruit quality is composed by fruit size, shape index, coloring, surface smooth finish, sugar and acid content, and other flavor compounds. This review dealt with the research progress on the effects of gibberellin, forchlorfenuron, abscisic acid, naphthylacetic acid and 6-benzylaminopurine on appearance and internal quality of grape. It was found that there were greater differences on the fruit quality of different plant growth regulators, and there was a close relation between the function and using time and density of plant growth regulators. Finally, the existing problems and future research direction were also discussed and prospected, in an attempt to provide information for further studies in the field.
