摘要
以宁夏葡萄酒与防沙治沙职业技术学院酿酒技术专业教师群体和部分学生为调研对象,采用网络问卷和访谈相结合的方式,针对高职酿酒技术专业的实训教学现状、师生对虚拟仿真实训系统的认知情况、需求程度以及系统建设的相应要求展开调研分析,并提出了该专业虚拟仿真实训系统的建设方案,具有一定的实践指导意义。
In this paper taking the professional teachers and some students in the major of liquor-making techniques in Ningxia Technical College of Wine and Desertification Prevention as research objects, investigations in their practical teaching situation, their cognition for the virtual simulation training system, demand degree and the corresponding requirements of system construction were carried out. Finally, the construction scheme of the virtual simulation training system in this major was proposed, which has certain practical guiding significance.
