摘要
目的通过对比腺样体低温等离子消融结合CO_2激光术与传统腺样体切割结合鼓膜穿刺抽液术治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的差异,寻求治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的最佳手术方式,以提高临床疗效。方法随机将180例腺样体肥大并发分泌性中耳炎患儿分为试验组和对照组,每组90例,试验组采用腺样体低温等离子消融结合CO_2激光术治疗,对照组采用传统腺样体切割结合鼓膜穿刺抽液术治疗,术后观察比较两组的疗效及相关指标。结果试验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。试验组的感染率、手术时间、出血量、治愈出院时间、并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论腺样体低温等离子消融结合CO_2激光术治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎临床疗效确切,安全可靠,值得推广应用。
Objective To seek the best operative method for the treatment of secretory otitis media in children by comparing difference between adenoid hypothermia plasma ablation combined with CO2 laser and traditional adenoid incision combined with tympanic membrane aspiration,so as to improve the clinical efficacy of secretory otitis media in children.Methods 180 children with adenoid hypertrophy complicated with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 90 cases in each group. The experimental group were given adenoid hypothermia plasma ablation combined with CO2 laser,while the control group were given traditional adenoid incision combined with tympanic membrane aspiration.And then,the curative effect and related indexes of the two groups after the operation were observed and compared.Results Total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P〈0.05),and difference was statistically significant.And operation time and cure time of the experimental group was shorter,the amount of blood loss was less,and infection rate and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group( P〈0.05),difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Adenoid hypothermia plasma ablation combined with CO2 laser for the treatment of secretory otitis media in children is effective,safe and reliable,which is worth popularizing and applying.
