富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)促进骨再生的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 大节段骨缺损是临床骨科医师面临的一大难题,临床实践中主要以骨移植治疗骨缺损。血小板浓聚物(Platelet concentrates,PC)已经运用于骨科、口腔颌面外科等领域,帮助骨缺损的修复。而富血小板纤维蛋白(Platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)作为PC中的一种,也已经被广泛地报道,可以帮助骨愈合。本文主要综述PRF的制作过程、分类及细胞因子(Cytokine,CK)的释放和粘附到成骨作用,为PRF帮助骨愈合的进一步实验研究提供一定的理论指导。 Large segment bone defect remains a challenge facing orthopedic surgeons,which is mainly treated via bone grafting in clinical practice. Platelet concentrates( PC) have been shown to improve bone healing in relevant fields such as orthopedics,stomatology,and maxillofacial surgery. Furthermore,platelet-rich fibrin( PRF)as a second generation of PC has been widely documented to promote bone regeneration. This review focused on preparations,classifications,adhesion and release of cytokine( CK) in PRF,which would provide a theoretical framework for further research on PRF to accelerate bone healing.
