摘要
为了保障港口生产作业的正常运行,科学地制定港口机械设备最优维修策略,将港口机械状态监测与设备维修相结合,建立基于马尔科夫决策过程的维修策略优化模型,并采用策略迭代法对模型进行求解,确定任意决策点的维修策略和下次监测间隔时间。以龙口港装载机为例,验证分析了该模型的有效性。结果表明,随着龙口港装载机状态的劣化,根据设备不同的状态由不采取维修策略到采取预防性维修策略或事后维修策略的检测间隔时间也随之变短,最终得到最优维修策略下的长期平均维修成本为1.9118元/h,其维修成本比初始策略节省约23%。
In order to guarantee the normal operation of port production,condition monitoring and port mechanical equipment maintenance were combined to formulate the optimal maintenance strategy of port mechanical equipment scientifically. The maintenance strategy optimization model based on Markov decision process was established and solved by policy iteration to determine the maintenance strategy and the next monitoring interval of any decision point. Finally,taking Longkou port loader as an example,the validity of the model is verified. The results show that the detection interval decreases with the deterioration of equipment state,and maintenance strategies is chosen according to different equipment conditions. The long term average maintenance costs of the optimal maintenance strategy is 1. 9118 yuan/h,its maintenance costs is less than that of initial strategy by 23%.
