摘要 设计了一套导爆管起爆系统仿真实训系统,主要解决相关高校、高职院校缺乏仿真爆破实训设备和爆破工缺少实操培训装置的问题。本设计系统包括:多段延时仿真导爆雷管、仿真起爆炸药卷、仿真殉爆管、仿真音响系统、仿真巷道系统的设计。通过本仿真实训系统实训,学生能够进行爆破设计,能够进行仿真实施操作,掌握起爆药包的连接方法,掌握导爆管网路的连接方法,实际验证延时分段起爆过程,为今后实际应用导爆管起爆网路奠定基础。 Design a set of simulated training equipment for the nonel tube blasting system,which mainly solves the related universities and higher vocational colleges are lack of simulation of blasting training equipment and the blaster is lack of practical training equipment. This design system includes:multistage delayed emulation detonating detonator,simulation detonation explosive coil,emulation explosive coil with the dead,emulation sound system,simulation tunnel system. Through the blasting training equipment,students are able to master delay nonel tube detonator assembly method,initiating the nonel tube network method to master,to correct design,connection and check by detonation tube system,can reliable initiation of self-designed nonel tube network,for the future practical application of nonel detonation network lay the foundation.
