摘要
介绍了即时检验(point-of-care testing,POCT)设备的概念、优势、应用领域及在血细胞检测方向的发展现状,阐述了促进POCT血细胞计数设备发展的微流控芯片技术,并对代表性的POCT血细胞计数设备及相关技术原理进行了详细分析,最后指出POCT血细胞计数设备应向测量参数综合化、精细化及环境适应性更强、体积更小、价格更低廉、操作维护更便捷方向发展,严格把好产品的质量关,使其发挥最大的优势与作用。
Point-of-care testing(POCT) equipment had its concept, advantages, application fields and uses for blood cell detection introduced at first, then microfluidic chip technology was described for it promoted POCT hemocytometer greatly,and the representative POCT blood cell counting equipment and related technical principles were analyzed in detail, finally the trends of POCT hemocytometer were pointed out in comprehensive and precision parameters, high environment compatibility, small size, low cost and easy operation and maintenance.
