摘要
目的探究不同学历的实习生共情能力和情绪智力的分析。方法选择2016年10月—2017年9月在该教学医院实习的护理实习生100名,根据实习生学历的不同分为本科生组(n=52)和大专生组(n=48),应用护患沟通能力量表、共情能力量表、情绪智力量表对全部实习生进行调查,评估本科生组和大专生组的护患沟通量表(沟通技巧运用能力、非语言基本沟通能力、语言基本沟通能力)、共情能力量表(情感护理、采择观点、换位思考)、情绪智力量表(情绪感知能力、利用情绪能力、情绪调控能力、情绪了解能力)的评分情况;评估患者、医师对本科实习生、专科实习生的护理满意情况的评分情况。结果本科生组的沟通技巧运用能力、非语言基本沟通能力、语言基本沟通能力和量表总分水平显著高于专科生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本科生组的情感护理、采择观点、换位思考及共情能力总分水平显著高于专科生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本科生组的情绪感知能力、利用情绪能力、情绪调控能力、情绪了解能力及情绪智力总分水平显著高于专科生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对本科实习生组的护理服务操作评分、护理理论知识评分、护理服务态度评分、护理情绪评分显著高于专科实习生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医师对本科实习生组的护理服务操作评分、护理理论知识评分、护理服务态度评分、护理情绪评分显著高于专科实习生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该院本科护理实习生的与患者沟通能力、共情能力、情绪智力水平显著高于专科生,提高实习生的共情能力及情绪智力有助于提高护患沟通能力,提高护理服务质量。
Objective To study the analysis of emotion and intelligence and empathy ability of interns of different academic levels. Methods 100 cases of nursing interns in our hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were selected and divided into two groups, including the undergraduate group with 52 cases and college group with 48 cases, and all interns were investigated by the medical communication ability scale, empathy ability scale and emotion and intelligence scale, and the nurse-patient communication scale(communication skill application ability, non-language basic communication ability, language basic communication ability), empathy ability scale(emotion nursing, selective opinions, transpositional consideration),emotion and intelligence scale(emotion cognitive ability, emotion usage ability, emotion adjustment ability and emotion mastery ability) of the two groups were evaluated, and the nursing satisfactory scores of patients and physicians to the undergraduate interns and college interns were evaluated. Results The communication skill application ability, non-language basic communication ability, language basic communication ability and total level of scale in the undergraduate group were obviously higher than those in the college group, and the differences were obvious, with statistical significance(P0.05),and the emotion nursing, opinions collection, transpositional consideration and empathy ability in the undergraduate group were obviously higher than those in the college group, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05), and the emotional cognitive ability, emotional application ability, emotional adjustment ability, emotional mastery ability and total score of emotional and intelligence were obviously higher than those in the college group, and the differences were obvious,with statistical significance(P0.05), and the nursing service operation, nursing theoretical knowledge, nursing service attitude score, and nursing emotional score by the students in the undergraduate group were obviously higher than those in the college group, and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05), so did the physicians(P0.05). Conclusion The communication ability, empathy ability, and emotional and intelligence level of undergraduate nursing interns and patients in our hospital are obviously higher than those in the college students, and improving the empathy ability and emotion and intelligence of interns contributes to improving the patient-nurse communication ability and nursing service quality.
