摘要
该文主要采用文献研究、案例分析等方法梳理了山西省县级公立医院管理改革中存在的问题:医疗费用高;医护人员缺乏积极性;县域就诊率低;医疗保险费用支付不完善;监督机制不健全。在此基础上,结合国内其它省市县级公立医院的改革实践经验,该文提出了完善该省县级公立医院管理体制改革的对策建议。
The paper combs the existing issues in the management reform in the county-level public hospital in Shanxi Province province by the literature study and case analysis, such as high medical cost, lack of enthusiasm of medical staff,low diagnosis rate, imperfect medical insurance cost payment, and imperfect monitoring system, and the paper puts forwards the improvement suggestions of management system reform in county-level public hospital in Shanxi Province province according to the reform and practical experience in the other county-level public hospitals at home.
