摘要
临床合理用药是确保其顺利康复的关键手段。应当选择适合的措施对西药实施管理,以增强用药的安全性,减少退药率。强调西药安全管理控制的方法是加强药房药品管理,严格药房员工与制度管理,制定西药用药的具体规定。当前加强西药药房管理和合理用药的重要意义在于保障药品充分显现效用,使药品适时得到安全、有效的使用,且减少乃至消除用药引起的负面反应,避免人体受到危害,以产生理想的救治效果。加强西药合理用药应当注意的问题是专业和严格地把握西药的用法及用量。在给患者用药前需要对药品名称、用量及用法等进行认真、仔细的核对,同时在对患者用药前临床医生需详细询问和核实患者药物、食物过敏史等情况。
