摘要
岗前培训是医院对新员工上岗前进行集中培训教育,使新员工了解医院概况以及向其介绍医院的相关规章制度,使其熟悉、适应医院环境所进行的一项人力资源管理活动。加强对新员工岗前教育培训工作,是医院持续深化和推进人才建设的重要手段和方法。结合2015—2017年我院开展岗前培训工作的实践经验和体会,从参加岗前培训的对象、培训内容、形式、效果及拟达到的目标和实际意义等方面,进行总结分析,并从岗前培训管理的制度化建设、培训效果评估及进一步完善后续工作等方面,旨在为我院新员工岗前培训提供新的思路和建议。
Pre-employment training is a concentrate training and education on new employees in hospital which can let new employees understand hospital survey and regulatory framework and make them be familiar with and adapted to the hospital. Strengthening the preemployment training and training of new employees is an important means and method to deepen and promote the construction of talent in the hospital. Combining with experience experience in recent years from 2015 to 2017 when the hospital carried out pre-service training work, from the aspect of object, training content, form, effect and practical significance and intended target, from the aspect of pre-employment training in the management of institutional construction, training evaluation and further improvement of follow-up work, some new ideas and suggestions are put forward.
