使用微种植支抗压低伸长上颌磨牙在修复中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨使用微种植支抗压低伸长上颌磨牙在修复中的推广应用价值。方法选择16例因上颌第一磨牙伸长导致修复空间不足,需要开辟修复体空间的患者。采用微种植支抗钉,弹性牵引压低伸长磨牙,治疗前、后取模型并拍摄口腔全景片及CBCT对比,测量磨牙的压低量。结果所有患者的缺牙区均获得足够的修复空间,完成后期修复,其中有2颗支抗钉在治疗过程中出现松动脱落,一个月后重新置入支抗钉后继续完成治疗。结论使用微种植支抗压低伸长上颌磨牙在修复治疗中具有很好的推广价值。 Objective To explore the application value of micro implant anchorage to reduce elongation of maxillary molar in repair. Methods 16 cases were selected for repairing space due to the elongation of maxillary first molars. The micro implant anchorage was used to reduce the elongate molar, and the model was taken before and after treatment, and the oral cavity panorama and CBCT were used to measure the pressure of the molar. Results All patients with missing teeth regions got enough space for repair, finished late repair, there were two loose resistance nail in the treatment and got re-implant one month later to complete the treatment. Conclusion It is of great value to promote the maxillary molar in the repair of maxillary molar.
