摘要
目的探讨西药制药工程中的制药原理及应用价值。方法选取2016年1月—2017年6月我国78家西药制药工程企业,分析制药原理,以制药原理实施为界分为研究组(实施前)和对照组(实施后),选取同期企业工作人员进行知识考核,对比实施前后制药工作质量及员工考核成绩。结果研究组制药工作质量评分及考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学把控西药制药工程中的制药原理,及时更新机械设备,完善管理制度,重视员工专业能力培训,进而提高制药安全性,推动我国医疗卫生事业稳步前进。
Objective To discuss the pharmaceutical principle and application value in Western medicine pharmaceutical engineering. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, 78 western pharmaceutical engineering companies were selected, analysing the principle of pharmaceuticals, divided into study group（pre-implementation） and control group（post-implementation） based on the implementation of pharmaceutical principles, the staff of the same period were selected for knowledge assessment, the quality of the pharmaceutical work before and after the implementation and the employee assessment results were compared. Results In study group, pharmaceutical work quality scores and assessment results were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Science control of pharmaceutical principles in Western pharmaceutical engineering, timely update of mechanical equipment, improvement of the management system, pay attention to professional training of employees can improve pharmaceutical safety, promote the steady progress of China＇s medical and health undertakings.
