摘要
目的研究中药川芎对成骨细胞增殖的影响。方法以小鼠成骨细胞株MC3T3-E1为实验对象,以川芎提取液干预作为观察组,以α-MEM培养液干预为对照组。比较两组干预24 h、48 h及72 h的成骨细胞增殖情况(CCK-8值)及ALP活性。结果干预后24 h、48h及72 h观察组的CCK-8值及ALP活性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药川芎可有效促进成骨细胞的增殖。
Objective To study the influence of traditional Chinese medicine rhizoma chuanxiong on the proliferation of osteoblasts. Methods The osteoblaststrain MC3 T3-E1 of mouse was selected as the experimental subject, and the observation group was respectively intervened with chuanxiong extraction, and the control group was intervened with α-MEM medium. Then the osteoblast proliferation(CCK-8 value) and ALP activity of two groups at 24 h, 48 h and72 h were compared. Results The CCK-8 value and ALP activity of observation group at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after the intervention were all higher than those of control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine rhizoma chuanxiong can effectively promote the proliferation of osteoblasts.
